theidentfan: New top-prize winner in South Africa! (That's a sentence I never thought I'd say ) I guess the next on will be Poland then...

theomorton: Hi Matt, I was reading your post and I understand you have access to a question database? I'm working on a personal hobby project and was looking for a DB of questions. Can you help? Thanks ahead!

probium: Sound design of Arkadium Millionaire is flawed. Once I get the final question wrong, I get treated to the $32,000 lose cue, NOT the $1 Million lose cue.

FrankT: Good grief, nobody told me they revived Wheel of Fortune in the UK. Looks like I have something else to watch now!

probium: For some reason when I click on a lifeline I already used, it freezes. Also the sound design is flawed, with the normal question wrong theme playing in place of the early question wrong theme.

One of the celebrities we saw has already advertised their involvement, so here are some more photos. I still can't tell you how they did, but we did get to meet them (since they walk out from where we were sitting), they gave us all handshakes, and we chatted with them for a little bit.
I'm currently at a taping of the new season of Millionaire. I can confirm the new logo looks much better in action. The motif looks very British. The splash screen reminds me of the splash screen in England.
EDIT so not to double post: Another change is the winning dollar reveal. Rather than be inside a parallelogram like you'd expect, the dollar amount simply drops into place in big Eurostile numbers, with a gorgeous infinity led effect in the background. Very anxious to see how that looks on TV.
As far as I could tell, the questions weren't any harder than last season.
EDIT once again: Unlike the last season or two, when no part of the think music was playing in the studio, this season the heartbeat track is playing in the studio. And it is freakin' loud. Maybe I was close to the speakers, but I could feel my seat shaking.
