Hello everyone, it's been a year since my last attempt to audition for Fan Games. I've learned a lot and I'll try again! Again, let me introduce: My name is Minh, I'm from Vietnam and I've been a fan of Millionaire for almost 16 years! Having a dream that I'll sit on that famous hot seat once in my life, I've spent a lot of time for this show. Begin with some WWTBAM on paper game with my classmates, or making a fake studio with Lego when I was young, by this point, I'm designing WWTBAM graphics with PowerPoint as a hobby, and I have made a lots of it in just 2 years! Some of my works included a long series where I always put anime characters on the hot seat, answered my question:  That's just for fun. My works included this Classic-Rave hybrid:   And, not just Classic graphic, but I also work on Rave era graphics. This is some of my International Rave 2007 graphics that I made back in November 2022:   Talk about my upcoming work, there is a massive Classic graphic pack that I made to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Millionaire. Here it is:  Also, there is some studio backdrop design that I made with PowerPoint!   Not just working on graphics, but I also used to held a Millionaire RPG show with my friend on Discord, back in 2021. (Due to some reason, I can't just uploaded the whole full chat on it. Here's one of my message:)   What will I do if I got the Fan Games Pass Holder: I'd love to share my works, experiences and collaborate with anyone who work with their Millionaire works. And I also love to testing and support other members with their projects! It will be nice if I can have a chance to work with more people in this forum! Thank you so much! For me, this audition just feels like it doesn't seem too convince, to said the least, perhaps it's just... too short, maybe this has been a mistake you probably hasn't acknowledged ever since your first audition
Yes I know you have a great creations, and keep up with your work, but still this audition is just too short, so this might not really convince to other Fan Games members, but I still don't think this might be more convince enough for me to said yes, so it's a no by the way
This may be controversal, sure, but this audition rarely has anything convince to be honest

A thousand times yes. Personally, I feel that the audition was just long enough. You've contributed to the community, you've posted constructive, thoughtful posts, and you seem to be a very trustworthy person. I know that "No" vote essentially nullifies the audition (unless it gets overturned), but I say yes nonetheless.

For me, this audition just feels like it doesn't seem too convince, to said the least, perhaps it's just... too short, maybe this has been a mistake you probably hasn't acknowledged ever since your first audition Yes I know you have a great creations, and keep up with your work, but still this audition is just too short, so this might not really convince to other Fan Games members, but I still don't think this might be more convince enough for me to said yes, so it's a no by the way This may be controversal, sure, but this audition rarely has anything convince to be honest Can you please clarify what you mean by “too short”? It makes me wonder what exactly is enough to convince you to say yes to someone, or if you just prefer to say no because it’s easier. It’s a yes from me. |

I've been keeping a close eye on your creations, without a doubt you are a talented individual with a passion! I absolutely love people who have a creative mind and are really passionate with what they do! With that being said, it's a yes from me. Good luck!

I have to say, you have some potential here. And this is based on your talent and dedication to your works, as well as your engagement with the community here on and out of this forum too. The audition is small but concise and clear. Having closely watching your work and participation here, this is amazing work and progress here.
I personally don't understand The17thDoctor's reason for saying 'no' to your audition at all, given that you've shown a lot in this audition, not only with your works, but also evidence that the works you've done is purely your own and how you've done it and how you're planning to use your works in the future, but also that you've taken her advice of sticking around and remaining active.
With that in mind, you have my yes vote!

As much as I don’t like to interfere in this process, I don’t think audition word count is a good way to gauge a candidate’s readiness for the Fan Games Sharing Center. |

Thank you for all of the "yes" vote I have received in the last 2 days.
Even though I might secured the Fan Games pass with 6 votes(by now), I'm stil a bit worry that the "no" I got might have already voided my 2nd attempt.
And also, thank you every other Fan Games members, the forum administrator, and even members that haven't got their Fan Games Pass yet, for standing on my side to criticize how invalid and baseless that "no" vote is.
If I still qualified for Fan Games Pass, meaning that the luck are on my side this time, then I'll say thank you again to the majority who have supported me.
If I failed this time because of that "no", I'll temporarily have a rest before having the 3rd attempt.
Won't gonna surrender for now. Just gonna have a short break before I try again

I think The17thDoctor is setting too high a standard and too strict for the audition to be worth it. Personally, I don't think it's unnecessary (and shouldn't be) for too many people to pass the audition, but a "Yes" should be a recognition for the creatives' efforts, because not everyone has enough time and effort to do big projects, such as create a WWTBAM game (even on PowerPoint, HTML5, C# or any other platform). For Minh Dang, it's a "Yes" from me for two things: First, what you do is really amazing. The graphics you make have to say have gone beyond my ideas. Secondly, and more importantly, trust. I've never known you before, but you and I have some mutual friends. And through them, I know that you are a truly trustworthy person and worthy enough to enter the Fan Games. |

It's a yes from me as well. We should also take a look at The17thDoctor's Fan Games access. He also tried to veto jaydenreidtv's audition for being a "spammer", even though the quality of his posts was universally praised. |
