Finalanswer19, I'd like to thank you for locking my first thread just so I couldn't reply to your post, and I'd like to thank you for treating me like scum. Looks like you can't take heat from anyone, if you have to use moderator abilities for no justifiable reason.
I'd like to continue discussion here, in this thread, without your involvement, if you don't mind. Thanks.
And since I can't edit one of my posts in the other thread, I'd like to state that the last YouTube link I posted is invalid because I removed the video, and am replacing it with a newer version.

Sorry I've taken so long to respond. I've been gathering information and observing the situation, and I'm ready to make my decision.
First, let me say that this is a very unfortunate situation. We're not used to seeing this level of animosity on Millionaire Fans.
MarkGSKWebb, you are obviously a very talented fan game creator. Some of your work is extremely impressive. However, your conduct on this board has been less than stellar. In fact, you've been downright offensive. Despite your personal issues with finalanswer19, you have to keep in mind that he is a staff member here. If you want to fight with him, do so in private. The boards are not a place to let out your aggression. No attacks on staff members will be tolerated here.
Another thing that members of Millionaire Fans have to keep in mind is that the dissenting vote did not just come from anyone. It came from finalanswer19. No one on the boards has contributed more in terms of official Millionaire materials than he has. He is one of the most well-connected and respected fans in the Millionaire community. His opinion is not to be taken lightly. The story involving MarkGSKWebb is for him to tell, not me, but the information that finalanswer19 has provided me with causes me to believe that MarkGSKWebb does not respect the wishes of individuals who share Millionaire media with the community. He has broken finalanswer19's trust, and, in doing so, has indirectly broken the trust of members of the Millionaire production itself.
Furthermore, by opening a second thread after a site moderator locked your first application thread, MarkGSKWebb, you directly overstepped an action of a staff member. This is inexcusable, and that goes for all site members.
This approval system is set up the way it is so that board members and staff can make sure that individuals who will not act responsibly with both official Millionaire materials and other users' work are not allowed open access to those materials. Through your conduct here and elsewhere, MarkGSKWebb, you've shown us that you do not always act responsibly.
MarkGSKWebb, please note that you are not banned from these boards. Perhaps if you play your cards right, you can earn finalanswer19's trust. This is an open, public approval process. If finalanswer19 takes back his vote, then the password will be yours. There have been other cases in which members have been denied the password. As time went on, however, they were able to prove themselves or redeem themselves in the eyes of the dissenting voters and gain the password.
For now, your conduct goes against the high standards that we have set for password holders. I'm afraid I'm going to have to deny you the password to the Fan Games section.

This was extremely uncalled for. You don't know me, nor does finalanswer19, so don't act like you do. Don't try to make others, or yourself, think that you know how I act off of these forums and outside of the Millionaire subject.
I have made poor choices in the past, but who hasn't? If none of you are willing to forgive for those choices, then you are obviously perfect in every way, and make it seem as if those who are not perfect are not welcome here.
The way I see it, I will never earn finalanswer19's trust. He is still as coldhearted as he was several months ago, and I don't see that changing, especially after his disapproval of me calling him by his name, which is clearly stated in his signature. He shouldn't display his name publicly if he doesn't want to be called by it.
I would love to know where I broke his trust, but seeing as he calls me out whenever he gets a chance, I don't see myself having a civilized or respected discussion with him. Instead, he would love to treat me like scum whenever he gets the chance.
That said, until he changes his attitude and wants to discuss thoroughly, politely, and in a civilized and respected manner, where I broke his trust and how I can redeem myself, I don't see myself spending much time here.
As for him locking the thread, he only did so so he could have the last word. The discussion overall was still going on, and he had no legitimate, justifiable reason for locking it other than to end the discussion concerning him right there.
Everyone here is still invited to the event I mentioned earlier. There are some sweet prizes up for grabs, including a $25 Restaurant.com gift card donated by reidb1700. That invitation extends to both Regisfan and Finalanswer19. These events have brought more than 20 people each time (that's a high number in terms of Activeworlds user count), and I'm certain that once you see how much work goes into a live Internet event such as this with big prizes on the line that you will see I'm not just blowing smoke.
I also want to clarify that I do use some Millionaire cues during the event. I take extraordinary steps to ensure these sounds are not swiped without permission, even going so far as to stream them dynamically to a user's computer (this way, they're not downloaded into your offline cache).
Finally, I am willing to discuss, as I said per the terms above, what happened with myself and finalanswer19, and what I can do to redeem myself in his eyes. But until he can show some respect (even the slighest will do), I'm not ready to discuss anything.

I have bolded that parts that I will give an explanation for. It is not necessary for you to take the hostile tone of "so don't act like you do" with Regisfan or any other member or staff member of these forums; please double-check your posts in the future.
Second, Regisfan never said anything about your behavior "off of these forums" or "outside of the Millionaire subject." He was simply referring to your actions here and he was also referring back to what I told him about the situation.
Not one person in the discussion thread has said that he or she is perfect. Regisfan is the head administrator of these forums and he has the right and responsibility to take disciplinary action against any member for any reason, after all, this is HIS site.
In the response you received from Regisfan regarding your not receiving of the password to the fan section, he mentioned that you need to respect staff members (and all other members for that matter) of this site. By saying that "Finalanswer19 is still as coldhearted as he was several months ago," you are still disrespecting fellow Millionaire Fans members which is uncalled for. My name is no longer in my signature and has not been for a couple of days. The signature was removed a little day or so before I made the post asking that you respect me by calling me by my username.
You also said that you would love to know where you broke my trust. For that information, please send me a private message once you have calmed down. I will refuse to have any conversation with you until the dust has settled.
I have always had the same mindset when it comes to maintaining friendships; that is if you treat me with respect, I will treat you with respect. If you disrespect me, we will not get along very well. Trust is an easy thing to lost but hard to get back. When you are ready to have that civilized conversation, by all means, just send me a message.
As a matter of fact, me locking the thread was not so that I "could have the last word," it was to prevent you or anyone else from having a hostile post in return. The group does not know the situation and they do not need to know as it is none of their business. Regisfan didn't trust me with being a moderator for no reason. If two member of the group were having a similar disagreement, I would have done the same thing, locked the post.
This is the last public post I am having on this matter.

The whole point of the password system is to safeguard against potential abusers of the official materials present in the Fan Games section. It's not a matter of us being or not being perfect, it's a matter of respecting the wishes of the production staff of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." From what finalanswer19 tells me, you haven't respected those wishes in the past, which is cause for concern.

Finalanswer19 has actually changed his mind about other denied password holders in the past. They all now have passwords. If you contact him privately and reason with him, I guarantee you'll be able to carry on a civil conversation as long as you remain level-headed.

As a moderator, it is finalanswer19's job to lock threads that get out of hand. He didn't lock the thread to "get the last word." As you can see, that wouldn't have even been effective because, just as you did, you could have just created a new thread. He locked the thread until I could jump in. He immediately sent me a private message after locking the thread and told me to get involved in the situation. He did nothing wrong in that regard.
Overall, MarkGSKWebb, I think you need to realize that you're dealing with staff right now. You don't insult staff members or talk to them with the lack of respect that you are showing us.
I have nothing against you as a person. I'm only following my own rules - you have not met the criteria needed to get the password to the Fan Games section. Please talk with finalanswer19 through PM and discuss this situation in a civilized manner. He's one of the most valued members of this community. Once you've reached an understanding with him, this situation will improve drastically.

I sent finalanwer19 a PM a day or two ago, and asked him to download the Activeworlds software so we could speak at the studio, and I provided detailed instructions for doing so. I personally feel this is a better medium as the chat is live and I can also show him in real-time the studio and what it can accomplish.
I've yet to receive a response.

Well, I spoke with finalanswer19 numerous times, and he's made it clear that he won't be changing his mind, as he believes that since he doesn't know me personally, he's not willing to trust me. I apparently screwed up in the past, and now I'm paying for it. Apologies.
He's also made it clear that I'm not welcome here. He's insulted me in at least one private message, and even if I have screwed up in the past, I feel that as a moderator of the forums, he should be above personal insults, but perhaps that is not the case. I know that on the forums I operate, I would never insult any of my community members.
What I can't seem to believe is how finalanswer19 can manage to trust others with the password, after they originally received "no" answers, but when it comes to me, he flat-out refuses to cooperate and provide a way for me to redeem myself.
I will be glad to send copies of our exchanges to another moderator or RegisFan, and as they will see, I did not lose my cool or have an attitude at all through the exchanges, and in retrospect, I would've liked to handle my public approach a bit better earlier.

Even I don't see that happening. As RegisFan said, he's a valued member of the community, and I can't help but wonder that if his rights were pulled, all of his content would go as well.

Not to get into this but, we're just going to have to wait for RegisFan's say on this, he is, of course, the Administrator and what he says is what will go. But all we can hope is that this issue is resolved.

I would assume finalanswer19 posts content in the Fan Games section. Therefore, if he gets his moderator rights removed, he very well could remove that content.
