So as of the latest syndicated Millionaire airings today, we have 3 lifelines:
Ask the Audience (Poll the audience and see what the majority thinks the answer is)
Jump the question (Skip over the question and the dollar amount associated with it)
Plus One/+1 (Have your acquaintance from the audience come down to help you with the question)
That being said, do you have any lifelines that you can brainstorm that you think would work on this show?
Me personally, I would honestly add a Joker/Wild Card once the classic millionaire tier is reached, meaning that any lifeline used before can be used one more time (I've done this with my own Anime version of Millionaire that I've presented at conventions). That way it builds the excitement/strategy for gameplay.
I also think they could make a lifeline called "Sneak Peek" where they show you either the dollar amount behind the question that you are playing, or the next question on the list before you finish the current one.
Do you guys have any ideas?

I also think they could make a lifeline called "Sneak Peek" where they show you either the dollar amount behind the question that you are playing. They did this for a halloween week, it was called Crystal Ball. I tried a lifeline in RPG29 called Free Shot and this is what it does: "Free Shot, which is a bit like switch, except you can answer the question, so if you used it and got the question right, nothing happens, but if you use it and get the question wrong, you can have a shot at a different question"

What I would like is if they shuffled the lifelines as well... for instance one could be randomized three jumps, or two +1's and an ask the audience. There could also be a chance for a 4th "bonus" lifeline which would be diffrent from the other three (Cut the question, crystal ball, money multiplier, maybe even some classic lifelines returning such as double dip or 50:50.)

The lifeline shuffle would be really cool, but at the same time, that would I think take away from the integrity of the game since it would benefit some and hurt others. I think it should be made an option after reaching a certain threshold or something, but then again, I wouldn't be a fan of that in general if that happened.

I would have to agree that I would love to see the implementation of a classic "Remove two" lifeline. Very similar to the above comments however maybe we could have a "Crystal Ball" of the categories, after they recently removed the Millionaire Menu from the recent series due to the fact the Plus One may be of use (Tactics) - This argument is rubbish because the categories are so obscure especially in the Clock Era. I would like to see more interaction of the studio as a new lifeline...

In Kaun Banega Crorepati (Indian WWTBAM) they had a lifeline that revived a lifeline. However it was only used for one season. (2013)

I think a lifeline that would fit the current format would be one that switches the question with one that fits the money amount. It would be a risky one to use, but it would give the contestant a better idea of how much the question is worth.

Actually, I think that a great lifeline to use would be "Double Your Money" but here's the catch:
The lifeline will double the value behind the question, BUT, in return, you cannot walk away from the question, AND you must activate it before you see the question itself (but you can still see the category.) Unfortunately this idea would only work for Round 1.

Anyone remember SAVE from Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? AKA the lifeline that saved a lot of people from being meme's on the internet for their stupidity? How could I not forget That would work well, but I think there should be a penalty in return, like instead of walking out with half the bank if you leave in round 1, you only get 1/3 of the bank. And if you leave in round 2, you only get half your winnings.

Save from "Are you smarter than a 10 year old" in the UK, would be a great addition to the money tree adding another safe haven/milestone. But rightly said there needs to be a catch. Pollibly like Jump the question, when you cannot jump over the Million Dollars or like double dip when you are forced to leave. A reviving lifeline I believe would be effective IF they reach round 2, as they are mostly going to be used up by that stage. Could cut the question be a permanent fixture?

I think they could also bring back a lifeline similar to the 50:50, but go the way that the old show "Greed" did it and call it a "Freebie" which takes away 1 wrong answer to the question.

I'd have to agree with Jaden, the save from Are you Smarter would also be a great addition.

Although Wolf's idea does seem good, to remove an answer I believe that Millionaire would want to go down the classic route and bring back the 50-50, purely because we haven't seen it in the US, in what seems like an eternity since the clock and shuffle era, however my comment can be disproved because when they use "Cut the question" it is practically the same as "Switch the question". Why not name them the same?
