On a more serious note, have you paid attention to the amount of people that get cocky and pick an incorrect answer despite knowing it? I have a lifeline designed to help those in need. This lifeline can delete your current final answer allowing you to reselect a different answer. You can not use a lifeline but your final answer can be "I'll take the dosh", meaning you can walk away! I feel this would suit Millionaire and I feel the joke needs to end, let's think seriously about this one.
It is perfect for the show especially if you realise your error!

So you're proposing a Late Double Dip with a walk-away option. Pass. I'm not proposing any kind of Double Dip, I'm thinking of a lifeline that allows you to reselect your answer or walk away, The lifeline itself doesn't show the correct answer but instead gives contestants a chance to reconsider the answer even if he decides to reselect that option.

I have a few images to demonstrate this new lifeline to prove it's not a fancier double dip. Image 1: first final answer Image 2: blank field where the answer is not known as correct or incorrect. This is the activated reselect. Lifeline is an F icon. The answer deleted can be reselected. Image 3: second final answer that cannot be changed!

This is just a double dip and some really wierd uncomprehensible verbal daoherria. No offence there but what on earth are you saying by access denied, glory to what? Double dip shows the correct answer and this doesn't!

Double dip shows the correct answer and this doesn't! I am also finding Matryoshka quite rude here, saying someone's thoughts are "weird, incomprehensible verbal diarrhoea" is very rude, even if you are not meaning to be rude, especially considering you are a new member, this doesn't make you look good, and other members may get bad perceptions of you which may come back to haunt you if you audition in the future. Also saying ACCESS DENIED in large red letters is also very rude. Plus I'm not too sure what Arstotzka is, and a Google search turns up that it is something from a TV show, which I for one, have never heard of. Anyway, on your lifeline idea, @mcvolester, although I agree with the others in that it is very similar to double dip, it does have some differences to it, but I couldn't really see it in the show, but that's just my opinion, and with a few tweaks to it it could become better.

New lifeline: Trial the next level. If you are stuck on a question, you can take a free shot at the next question. Lifeline activated with final answer. A correct answer advances you to the next question. I.E. $50,000 question advance to $100,000. Get the $100,000 and play for $250,000. Incorrect answer returns you to old question and therefore must answer without walking away or using a lifeline. Any ideas for improvement?

So this is Jump the Question, but you MUST answer the next question, and if you get it wrong, you have to go back and answer the question you jumped. Is that right? Not a terrible idea. I'd rather see it without the returning just because Millionaire is all about the idea of Never Get A Question Wrong.

First of all, I moved this thread to "Millionaire General Discussion." The first post applied to the syndicated version (which is where the thread started) but got away from that so we moved it. Second of all, Matryoshka, if all you're here to do is cause trouble and try to start fights, just leave. If it was an honest mistake, we will look past it and move on.
