would you think super millionaire would work as a one night a week series for a entire season? I would.

Indeed, I would LOVE SM to be a weekly series. Super Millionaire would certainly survive and get good ratings, but I don't think ABC will give it the chance.

yeah the only thing that would hold them back is giving away all that money week after week, but think of it this way, really theyd have one contestant finish with each show, and start another one that would be a carry over,so they wouldnt give away too much.

Yeah, not not mention that no one really wins that much anyway. At the most, ABC would give away $1,000,00 to $2,000,000 a month. If the ratings were good, this really wouldn't hurt them.

this is true, which is almost about the same that they gave away with regular millionaire anyway.

Yeah- that lineup would know the other networks flat on their faces.
If only ABC knew what a weapon they had in Super Millionaire.

I would think that airing it once a week and spreading it out would equal the same thing anyway in the ratings chart.

i agree,as long as they didnt run it in the ground which is why i strongly say once a week.

Sorry people, it ain't happening. I hate to say it, but fox has bought the super millionare name, logo, and the lifelines. The game would be WAY diffrent. I would do deal or no deal with host REGIS!!! This would bring the ratings up for that show, I must admin

Fox did Greed and Super Greed (with a $4 mill jackpot), with host Chuck Woolery. Even though they had a team win $2 million, and one player add a mill to his regular winnings, and even had one player go for $2.2 mill and LOSE (Dan Avila, who went on Millionaire in Season 3 and won $100K), and the show itself had high ratings, Fox decided not to bring it back.

I remember that. Greed wasn't bad, but it was no Millionaire.
Fox really didn't buy Super Millionaire, though right?
Wait, what am I saying? ABC would NEVER sell Millionaire in a hundred years!
